Well....That Was A First

January 26th - Bozeman, Montana

Ok, I have driven an hour or so to visit doctors before...but flying to see one? Sounds crazy right? But, we did it! It was that or driving north for 6 or so hours (and right past or through Yellowstone National Park). We chose to fly - 1) it's winter and we did not want to risk it. 2) We did not want to do too much all at once and go backwards energy wise. 3) Because we can. :-P

A few months ago we found a mold illness (CIRS or Biotoxin Illness) specialist who also deals with Lyme and sees the connection between the two.We chose her for that and for the fact that she was the closest to us. We have Skyped with her several times and really liked her, but hadn't gotten to see her in person yet.  We finally met in person on Monday and we really clicked! I feel like I am in good hands.

Flying to Bozeman was amazing! Our flight was in the morning and was a visual feast the entire flight.

As we flew north, the mountains were breath taking. This picture is looking at the mountain range just north east of Salt Lake City, the Wasatch Front.

We flew over the Grand Tetons. But...I did not take a picture...I think I was too much in awe.

Past Yellowstone National Park.

Then into Montana and descended into Bozeman.

We flew home right after my appointment, but hope to go back and explore more soon!

The appointment went very well. I am making progress, but still have a long way to go. Our talk with the doctor was really encouraging, We learned a little more about what to watch out for and how to continue to progress. We did a few more tests to see where I am at and how I am progressing there. I even passed my VCS test! WOW! I am so excited about that!!!
